Candyce Marsh, Owner/Driver:
Founded Candyce Marsh Racing in 2000. Marsh is intent marking Candyce Marsh Racing, Inc. a competitive force within professional motorsports. Marsh's has two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Elon University in Burlington, North Carolina. She continued her education and graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Marsh's educational background provides her the skill sets needed to operate a racing organization in the multifaceted motorsports industry. Yvette DeLaune, Business Development:
DeLaune will advise and focus on brand management, business planning, financial models and marketing initiatives for Candyce Marsh Racing, Inc. Having experience is starting several entrepreneurial ventures that have grosses revenues in excess of $100 million dollars. DeLaune accredits her long term success to her “customer centric” business model which she utilizes daily both professionally and personally. She is an enterprising, highly knowledgeable, creative individual with unparalleled industry contacts. As such, her area of expertise is building collaborative healthcare teams who effectively build consensus regarding strategic intertwined clinical and business objectives. DeLaune talents were tapped into by international clinical thought leaders who founded Healthmarx, INC and allowed her to lead this innovative healthcare IT venture as CEO.

Currently, DeLaune is negotiating the final round of investment for Healthmarx, INC’s rapid commercialization of a critical regulatory healthcare application. Progressing forward, mid-2008, DeLaune transformed her core skill set into a consultancy company, Illuminations at Work, LLC, dedicated to technological innovations and creation of synergistic business models to support such innovations. Now, along with her team, she applies systematically the collective and collaborative ingenious skill set into the following industries: engineering, healthcare, IT & motorsports.

Clarence Marsh, Co-owner:
With over 40 years of racing experience, Marsh’s involvement in motorsports has included team owner, driver, crewperson, and consultant. Marsh’s ability to lead and to be a team player are valuable assets to the team.

Margaret H. Marsh, Team Coordinator:
Marsh keeps records of the team’s qualifying times and positions at each race. She manages the sales of Candyce Marsh Racing, Inc.’s merchandise at the racetrack

Maurice Bea, Crew Chief:
Bea brings years of hands-on experience to Candyce Marsh Racing, Inc. With experience as a senior engineer analyst specializing in defense management systems for the Navy, Bea's ability to analyze, interpret data, and organization multifaceted projects is important.

Bea is responsible for overseeing all racing operations to ensure that team is a top performer on the race track. Bea is extremely committed to making Candyce Marsh Racing, Inc. a winner!

Chris Cheeks, Crew:
Cheeks has to his credit one world championship as a crew chief. As owner of Cheeks Performance, an automotive repair facility, he is all racing all of the time. He is an expert in the drive train, bringing years of clutch and transmission experience. Cheeks systematic approach enables Candyce Marsh Racing, Inc. to be a true competitor on the track

Dion Allen, Crew:
Allen is a manager for an industrial heating and air company. He is able to effectively problem solve and generate root cause analyses for the racecar. Allen handles a variety of duties pertaining to the racecar.
