Candyce, a dynamic young women, who is a graduate student obtaining a master’s of science degree in industrial technology is also pursuing a life long dream in professional motorsports. The 2003 calendar year shared many highlights for Candyce including graduating from Elon University in Burlington, North Carolina with a Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and Accounting. Additionally, she joined the prestigious 200 mph racecar driver’s club. “I am extremely pleased to have accomplished these significant goals. I have now set my goals even higher for 2004.” Ready for SUCCESS: Candyce Marsh Racing heads to MartinCandyce Marsh enters this weekend’s 3rd Annual Torco Fuels Northern Nationals in Martin, MI ready for success. As the 2004 racing season has unfolded, Candyce Marsh Racing has positioned itself as a competitive force within the Top Sportsman class. The team has developed a competitive consistency that has produced results. Candyce Marsh Racing wants to continue to build on that competitive edge and this weekend provides another opportunity to do just that. In the last two races, the team has progressed to the second round of elimination going head to head with other front-runners in the Top Sportsman class. “ We are thrilled with our performance and eager to capitalize on our progress this weekend. My team and I are determined to continue making gains in our race program, going rounds, and ultimately being a winner,” states Marsh. Candyce Marsh Racing began the 2004 season with a strong showing at the Spring Nationals at Rockingham by qualifying in the second qualifying position. With only a few races under their belt, Candyce Marsh Racing is pleased with their performance. The team is confident they will be able to capitalize on their successes at the AC Delco Nationals and continue their bid as a strong contender in Top Sportsman. “My team and I are delighted with qualifying number two at Rockingham. That accomplishment gave us confidence as we proceed with the rest of the season. Now, we are focused on being a winner here at VMP,” says Candyce. Candyce Marsh AIMS for Success at RockinghamCandyce Marsh is aiming for success this weekend during the 9th Annual Bethesda Software World Finals at Rockingham Dragway. Enthused with their performance throughout the course of the 2004-racing season, Candyce Marsh Racing enters this race confident they will be able to continue to capitalize on the consistency and performance level of their racing program. “My team and I look forward to any opportunity to race. However, we are excited about returning to Rockingham. We have experienced some career bests here at the Rock and we are looking forward to raising the bar this weekend,” said Marsh. |
