Hope each one of you had a joyous holiday season and are eagerly anticipating the start of a new year.

I had a wonderful holiday with family and friends. It was a great opportunity to reflect and be thankful.

I watched Cars over the holiday with my younger cousins. Yes, I know I am behind in my moving watching. ;-) It was the greatest! I loved it! In addition, my aunt bought my youngest cousin a Lightin’ McQueen car that talked. So, I spent about 9 hours in car randomly hearing the toy scream out “Speed, I am Speed!” and “The checkered flag is mine!” I can’t stop chanting that in my head! It has provided some great inspiration!

I am excited about the New Year and cannot wait for 2007-racing season!

We will have the racecar on display during the 2007 Making Magic Motorsports Expo. The Motorsports Expo will be held January 6, 2007, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., in Dorton Arena on the N.C.
